At which temperature should I set the air condition unit in order to achieve the best efficiency at the most healthy conditions?
The air conditioning unit that is installed in your room is chosen in such a way to provide the best possible conditions for your space in both winter and summer time. The human body can easily adapt to the external environment conditions if the room temperature follows specific limits. These temperatures should be 25-28°C for the cooling operation and 20-23°C for the heating operation. A special case is having infants or young children in the room. During the summer time, we should put it at the upper temperature limit at 28°C. When we define temperatures out of these limits, we create unfriendly conditions for our human body. The feeling of hot and cold is more intense if interior conditions are much more different from external. The temperature difference between indoor and outdoor conditions should be between 10-15°C.
